Corporate Insurance Manager manages an organization's overall insurance programs. Analyzes insurance needs by identifying risk exposures and analyzing and classifying risks to provide optimum coverage, costs and claim settlements. Administers systems to collect data and generate meaningful models and reporting to support decisions. Additionally, Corporate Insurance Manager coordinates policy renewals and applications. May administer self- insured plans. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Corporate Insurance Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Job Summary: We have an exciting opportunity to join our North America Treasury team as the Corporate Treasury Manager. In this role you will be responsible for the planning and execution of daily cash positioning, cash forecasting, monthly KPI reporting, supporting treasury operations for Home Office functions, supporting and implementing strategic initiatives to support the company’s financial objectives, and maximizing opportunities to create efficiencies and cost savings while adhering to all policies and procedures. The individual must have a strong Treasury background working within medium to large scale treasury teams. The Corporate Treasury Manager will work closely with the broader Finance, Technology, Corporate Accounting, and Business Services department leaders and staff. Responsibilities: Oversee daily treasury operations activities of staff; ensure tasks are completed timely and in accordance with standard operating procedures Partner with broader Treasury team and other internal stakeholders to develop, prepare and report out cash position including; daily cash position, short-term liquidity rolling forecasts Actively monitor and execute Corporate Liquidity position and make investment decisions (redemptions, purchases) in accordance with Acrisure’s Investment Policy Work closely with Home Office teams on Treasury payment support for all Corporate related disbursements Coordinate M&A Closings for funding and individual payment releases Administer Corporate Card program for North America employees Oversee the preparation and publication of monthly reports of Treasury KPIs to leadership teams Identify opportunities to implement treasury-related business process improvements Support and lead projects specific to Treasury which may include any RFP or selection of a new provider, implementing new processes for additional banking products and services, or any new initiative Develop and support treasury policies, procedures, and controls Requirements: Strong analytical, financial and systems skills, including advanced spreadsheet and modeling Ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities while producing meaningful deliverables Execute projects under tight timelines Ability to communicate articulately and professionally, and influence others for a desired outcome Excellent communication skills in dealing with internal and external customers and business partners Self-motivated and able to prioritize daily responsibilities and projects Proven track record of excellent customer service Ability to make thoughtful, quick decisions Education/Experience: Undergraduate degree required, with a Finance or Accounting emphasis strongly preferred Minimum 5 years of accounting and/or treasury experience required Experience working within a large Corporate Treasury organization, strongly preferred CTP or CPA Certifications, preferred One or more years of experience supervising a team required; directly or indirectly Benefits & Perks: Competitive Compensation Industry Leading Healthcare Savings and Investments Charitable Giving Programs Offering hybrid work option Opportunities for Growth Educational Resources Generous time away #LI-MV1 #LI-Hybrid #LI-Remote Acrisure is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
