Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of insurance professionals to achieve business objectives and provide exceptional service.

Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the agency's client base and revenue streams.

Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing customized insurance solutions.

Operational Excellence: Ensure the agency operates efficiently and complies with all regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

Experience: Proven experience in commercial insurance management. Minimum five years experience in insurance agency management

Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with a track record of employee management and agency operations.

Industry Knowledge: Must have a current New Jersey Property and Casualty License, In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products, underwriting processes, and industry trends.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to make informed decisions and drive business success.

Must be familiar with Applied Systems (TAM ) agency management system and proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Word.

Must be a detail oriented person with an outgoing, upbeat personality.
