• Administrative Support: Oversee daily administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing office supplies.
• Staff Management: Supervise and support office staff, ensuring a productive and cohesive work environment.
• Client Relations: Maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
• Documentation and Reporting: Handle documentation and record-keeping tasks, including filing, data entry, and generating reports.
• Office Organization: Maintain a clean and organized office space, creating an environment conducive to productivity.

Requirements:

• Experience: Prior experience in office management or a related role is preferred.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all tasks.
