We are seeing a Senior Project Manager to oversee the implementation of IT projects. In this role, you will lead meetings and workshops, enhance cross-functional collaboration, facilitate communication, and influence outcomes across underwriting, claims, actuarial, analytics, product development, and operations, The successful candidate will have 8 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years of demonstrated results in the insurance industry, including success leading and managing complex cross-functional projects from idea to post-deployment. The position can be located in either Wilkes-Barre, PA, Philadelphia, PA or Parsippany, NJ.
Salary Range: 100,000.00.00-$300,000.00 USD with performance-based bonus potential
The successful candidate is expected to work in one of our offices 3-4 days per week and also be available for travel as required.
The annual base salary range posted represents a broad range of salaries around the U.S. and is subject to many factors including but not limited to credentials, education, experience, geographic location, job responsibilities, performance, skills and/or training.
