We are searching for an experienced Corporate Facilities Manager at our Headquarters facility.
The Corporate Facilities Manager provides a central resource for Corporate Facilities' services and support for employees and tenants.
Accountable for the operation, security, office leasing, and repair and maintenance of the Corporate Headquarters' facilities and grounds in a cost effective manner. Accountable for capital expenditures related to maintaining a 89,000 square foot office complex. Responsible for purchasing office supplies and services, corporate telephone network, mail processing, daily deposits, petty cash, sale of Basil Ede prints and workspace management for the corporate facilities.

The base salary range for this position is $70,800 - $106,200. Actual base salary is based on the experience and qualifications of the selected candidate.
