Summary

Under the supervision of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Chief Operating Officer (COO):

• Monitors corporate compliance and the quality of care, services, and life provided within ABCM-certified Long Term Care programs

Qualifications / Requirements

• Must have an unrestricted and active Iowa (or compact state) RN license
• Knowledge of long-term care regulatory requirements and experience teaching critical thinking and analytical skills
• History of success in achieving goals using Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) practices and strategies
• Must have outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills specific to the English language
• Travel and reliable transportation required
• Per the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), COVID-19 vaccination is required, with exceptions for medical and religious accommodations when reasonable

Schedule: Flexible Scheduling

Annual Salary Range: $80,000/yr-$95,000/yr, Negotiable (DOE)
