Corporate Relations Director - Higher Ed. jobs in Elkhart, IN

What You Will Accomplish:

• Interact with associates in the different CTB groups to understand business needs for new capabilities or to improve efficiency.
• Translate business needs into application requirements.
• Configure and support systems, preferably with experience in the Oracle Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
• Contribute to overall system architecture and design for the company – including a mix of on-premises and cloud-based systems.
• Research current technologies and trends to recommend and implement new applications.

Position Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related program.  Will consider equivalent experience/education combination.
• Experience:3 years of systems or business analyst experience. 
• Certification(s): n/a
• Functional Skills:  Strong background in configuring and supporting a company’s applications. 
• Technology Aptitude/Skills: Excellent Microsoft Office Skillset; Experience with Oracle ERP Configuration administration/experience preferred, SQL experience preferred.
• Language Skills: Solid verbal and written communication skills – comfortable communicating with all levels within the organization

Other Important Information:     

Salary:  Salary is commensurate with proven expertise. 

Reports To:  IT Business Solutions Director                                                                                                             

Core Hours:  8:00am-5:00pm

Typical Work Week:  M-F; occasional weekend hours; 40-45 hours per week on average

Direct Reports:  None 

Work Conditions:  Primarily an office environment located in Milford, IN 2-3 days per week. Occasional visits to U.S. manufacturing areas.
