  • Inserso Corporation, a fast-growing 500 person company, is looking for a driven senior manager to support winning contracts and managing customer relationships for the US Army and related DoD customers. You will drive activities to win unrestricted prime contracts/Task Orders as well as oversee their performance and customer satisfaction post award. You will execute the complete federal opportunity acquisition life cycle from opportunity identification, qualification, and capture. You will develop and nurture requisite customer and Industry contacts. You will support proposal and business development teams as needed with win strategy, colored reviews, and other activities. Post award, you will serve as a customer liaison and communicate feedback with service delivery teams to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.

    Responsibilities:
    • Proactively gather knowledge about the customer's requirements, solution, procurement strategy, competition, and price to win.
    • Uncover and understand customer's pain points, requirements, and desired changes.
    • Collaborate with Inserso's business development and solution team to drive compelling management and technical solutions.
    • Support opportunity teaming strategy and recruit industry partners.
    • Support development of a healthy opportunity pipeline by identifying and qualifying opportunities within the target customers.
    • Understand the competitive landscape and partner community supporting the customer to assemble competitive teams to win specific opportunities.
    • Work with proposal development teams to create and submit compliant and winning proposals.
    • Represent Inserso at customer-related industry events, including, exhibits/tradeshows, conferences and other information exchange meetings.
    • Manage customer relationships activities, including, but not limited to: conducting customer quality reviews, ensuring performance exceeds customer expectations, and presenting innovations to customer for performance improvement.
    • Collaborate with service delivery team on contract performance and customer feedback.
    Required Skills/Experience:
    • US Citizen with ability to obtain Top-Secret Clearance.
    • 20 years of experience in Army or DoD IT systems or operations.
    • 10 years of experience managing or overseeing Army IT operations programs.
    • Understanding of customer's culture, environment, technologies, and the factors driving changes within customer organizations.
    • Respected by decisions makers and influencers in the local customer community.
    • Driven to continually learn emerging technologies, management frameworks, and industry best-practices.
    • Self-starter, disciplined, and driven to succeed with proven outcomes.
    • Periodic travel to meet with customers and attend events.

    • Effectively communicate with customers, stakeholders, and technical specialists.
