As Director, Corporate Strategy, you will provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to the company's most senior leaders through engagement on a broad array of business issues and improvement opportunities. In this role, you will lead a team of 3-5 associates to deliver on cross-functional strategy projects related to enterprise growth priorities, provide strategic support for large-scale transformation programs and external partnership opportunities, and present progress and recommendations to Humana’s senior leadership.

The successful candidate will be a dynamic leader who has worked in strategy development and/or process improvement at a top tier strategy consulting firm or in a large corporation. He/she will have a demonstrated ability to influence peers and business leaders. This person must be comfortable with ambiguity and able to work collaboratively with key leaders to shape the priorities and agenda for the Corporate Strategy team.
