Responsible for shareholder relations, communicating with Board members and coordinating shareholder lists and registrations. Manages the coordination of Board and shareholder meetings and the preparation of all necessary agendas and documents required for the meetings. POSITION SUMMARY
The Medical Secretary works as part of the medical office team performing those clerical duties necessary to prepare patients for a visit, to arrange for payment, and to make reappointments when necessary. Duties include telephone answering, making appointments, preparing medical charts, gathering third-party payment information, recording charges, and collecting fees, and other duties as may be assigned.
