Job Summary:
· Acts as the first point of contact for our company and is responsible for greeting, welcoming, and guiding visitors, including facilitation through the visitor check-in badging process. Answers, screens, and responds to calls and in-person and/or emailed inquiries and provides 911 emergency assistance as needed for their assigned reception functional area.
· The role assists with the guest check-in badging process for events, executes general service and administrative tasks, and assists with day-to-day activities providing customer solutions that drive best-in-class service experiences.
Job Responsibilities:
· Greets, welcomes, and guides visitors, including facilitation of visitor check in and badging process while demonstrating professionalism and a positive, helpful disposition.
· Answers, screens, and responds to calls and in-person and/or emailed inquiries; provides 911 emergency assistance as needed for the reception functional area.
· Executes routine day-to-day service and administrative tasks and activities (e.g., ordering office supplies, administrative tasks, facilitation of lost and found, reporting, special assignments).
· Facilitation of event check in and badging process including coordination with event stakeholders, security team and conference services as needed.
· Other duties as assigned by leadership.
Job Qualifications:
· High school diploma or GED required.
· Associate degree preferred.
· Corporate front Reception experience strongly preferred.
· Good computer skills including MS Office Suite and related tools and systems
· Good customer service skills with ability to engage with customers
· Good written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal relationship skills
· Good problem-solving skills with ability to remain composed and calm under difficult situations
· Polished, with ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels, and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management within the organization
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize competing objectives
· Must be organized with strict attention to detail and good time-management skills
· Must be able to work in a team environment
