Summary:

Join our Correctional Center team in Coxsackie, NY, as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Correctional department. We are seeking dedicated professionals to work day shifts with five 8-hour shifts each week, providing 40 hours of guaranteed work. With a pay range of $43.0/hr. to $50/hr. on W2, this position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to healthcare delivery in a correctional setting.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care and support to inmates within the correctional facility.
• Assess inmate health status and provide appropriate interventions and treatments.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor and document inmate health status and response to treatment.
• Collaborate with correctional staff and healthcare team members to ensure the safety and well-being of inmates.
• Adhere to policies and procedures related to security and healthcare delivery within the correctional facility.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York.
• Previous experience in a correctional setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Commitment to providing compassionate and professional care to inmates.

Pay Structure:

• Pay range from $43.0/hr. to $50/hr. on W2, based on experience and qualifications.
