Responsibilities:
- Monitor and supervise inmates to ensure compliance with facility rules and regulations

- Escort inmates to various locations within the facility
- Maintain accurate records and write detailed reports on incidents, activities, and inmate behavior

Schedule:
-8 hr day Monday-Friday paid training (6.5 weeks)
-12 hr shifts once assigned

Requirements:
-No felonies or Class A/B misdemeanor convictions in last 3-8 years
-18 years or older
- High school diploma, GED equivalent, Homeschool certificate
- Knowledge of conflict management techniques and ability to de-escalate tense situations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for report writing and inmate interactions
- Ability to work in a militarized environment with strict adherence to policies and procedures
