Correctional Officer, Sr. jobs in Nashua, NH

Security/Military and/or Law Enforcement experience a plus however, we will train the right candidates

Over Nights Friday 11:00pm to 9:00am , Saturday and Sunday 9:00pm to 9:00am

Responsibilities:
- Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Conduct security checks and inspections of designated areas
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems for any suspicious activities or security breaches
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
- Enforce security policies and procedures to prevent unauthorized access or incidents
- Provide assistance and support to visitors, employees, and customers as needed
- Report any security incidents, accidents, or violations promptly and accurately
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of first aid, CPR, and conflict management techniques
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment
- Strong observation and surveillance skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
- Must possess a valid driver's license

We pay for state licensing and supply full uniform.
