Our client in Lower Fairfield, CT has an opening for a Senior Property Accountant. The Senior Property Accountant will manage the day-to-day accounting operations for the Commercial real estate portfolio, analysis of financial data, prepare financial statements, produce accurate financial reporting, and ad hoc projects. This is a Consulting to Full Time opportunity. Real Estate Accounting is required for this role. Sage ERP experience a plus but not required.
