We are seeking an individual who is passionate, team and detail oriented, and ready to grow their career. This position is responsible for a wide variety of tasks within Corporate Accounting. Responsibilities include processing IT contractor invoices and ensure they agree with posted hours, reconcile Internally Developed Software projects according to GAAP rules for capitalization and expense, accounts payable support, form 1099 preparation, and post miscellaneous monthly entries.

What You’ll Do:

• Process IT contractor invoices
• Update IT contractor database
• Reconcile Internally Developed Software projects
• Assist accounts payable
• Prepare form 1099
• Post monthly accruals
• Update quarterly PowerPoint slides
• Backup for processing AP and PO invoices as needed
• Check printing backup

What It Takes to Join Our Team:

• College degree (Accounting) or equivalent plus three years of relevant experience required
• CPA designation would be beneficial but not required
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines needed
• Effective problem solving and analytical skills required
• Strong human relations, adaptability and collaboration skills needed
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• SAP experience would be beneficial but not required
