Cost Accounting Manager ensures that costs for the company's products and services are allocated according to corporate procedures and in compliance financial accounting standards. Oversees the cost control systems, manages and interprets cost audits, and prepares cost accounting reports for presentation to top management. SUMMARY:
The Accounting Manager will be actively involved within the accounting department of DMA Industries, LLC as the company experiences continued growth. The position oversees the day-to-day operations of the accounting department and ensuring accurate financial reporting. You will play a key role in maintaining internal controls, supervising staff, and collaborating with various departments to achieve financial goals.

Requirements
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
? Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
? 5 years of experience in a managerial accounting role, preferably in a wholesale, distribution or manufacturing environment.
? Proven experience in supervising and training accounting staff.
? Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) and internal controls.
? Proficient in accounting software, especially NetSuite, and MS Office Suite.
? Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
? Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
