- Direct the month-end general
ledger closing and internal reporting processes
- Lead the general accounting
function covering the areas of Travel & Expense Management (SAP
Concur), Vehicle accounting, Miscellaneous A/R, Prepaids, Shared Services,
Intercompany Allocations, Payroll related accounting (payroll overheads,
workers compensation, deferred comp)
- Review and approve journal
entries and balance sheet account reconciliations
- Oversee the General
Accounting team of 3
- Assist in the preparation of
internal and external reports and data requests and regulatory filings
- Provide support for both
internal and external auditors
- Complete respective internal
controls
- Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in
Accounting and CPA certificate are required
- 6 years of experience in
accounting role, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Experience with SAP software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP
- Attention to detail
- Excellent verbal
communication skills and ability to present in group meetings
