We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support in a professional office setting, including calendar management and customer service.

Duties:

- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Provide office support such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Operate phone systems and direct calls appropriately

-Other various administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

-Bilingual (Spanish)

- Previous experience in an office setting or as a personal assistant is preferred
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in an office environment or receptionist role is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
