Cost Accounting Supervisor jobs in Winston Salem, NC

We are looking for additional help in our accounting office. Experience in an automotive office with a basic knowledge of dealership paperwork is required. Familiarity with titles would be a plus, as would a notary public certification.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain large amounts of data and paperwork with accuracy
• Issue checks and receipts as needed
• Post invoices and other items to the general ledger
• Reconcile accounts and schedules
• Create adjusting entries as needed
• Assist in month-end procedures
• Work with others to insure proper maintenance of all records
• Other duties as necessary

Skills

• Organization skills are vital to this position
• Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
• Hands-on experience with MS Excel and/or other accounting software
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $24.00 per hour
