Sparling Construction Company is hiring an entry level Project Manager / Project Engineer. We are looking for a motivated individual with a Heavy Civil Construction, or a Civil Engineering background. This is a full-time position with flexibility to be part-time for the right candidate. Experience with HCCS Heavy Bid/ Heavy Job, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office and AGTEK are a plus. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
