Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans and blueprints
- Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and making adjustments as necessary
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Oversee project scheduling and ensure all tasks are completed according to the established timeline
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues that arise
- Conduct regular meetings to review project status, address challenges, and make necessary adjustments to keep the project on track
- Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained for each project
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, including blueprint reading, construction estimating, project management, project scheduling, and contract management
- Proficiency in construction software (ProCore, Viewpoint, Microsoft Project & P6 Scheduling) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with reading schematics and technical drawings
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership abilities with the capability to coordinate project teams and subcontractors
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
