Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Office Manager. As the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all front desk operations.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the front desk operations, including check-in, client services, authorizations, problem solving and decision making
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner

- Maintain accurate records of client informationand financial transactions
- Coordinate with other departments in a positive and consistent manner
- assist with IOP and PHP duties as needed
- Utilize phone systems to answer calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Experience:
- Previous experience in a front office
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using computer system front desk operations
- Successful leadership experience
