About us
Narr Cortez Counseling is a private practice looking to hire a couple grounded therapists/mental health counselors to work as contractors. Benefits are not provided as you will not be an employee but, rather, a contractor. A flexible and comfortable physical and psychological environment for you to grow your clincial skills will be provided while you offer much needed services to our community. Office space will be available for your use all day Thursdays and Fridays and between the hours of 8am to 11am and 5pm to 9pm everyday and on weekends. Remote sessions are allowed and can be coducted from your home. Only independently licensed clinicians are able to be contracted at this time. Please apply if you hold an LPCC, LISW, or an LMFT.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to patients with behavioral health needs
- Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans
- Implement and monitor treatment interventions based on patient needs and goals
- Assist patients in developing coping skills and strategies for managing mental health symptoms
- Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Counseling Psychology
Licensure-independently licensed clinicians only
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in the provision of clinical counseling services
