Key Responsibilities: 

Guest Assistance: 

Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with their bowling needs and inquiries.

Offer guidance and support to ensure an enjoyable and safe bowling experience.

Facility Maintenance: 

Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the bowling area, common spaces, and restrooms.

Perform minor cleaning tasks as necessary to uphold a pleasant environment.

Safety and Compliance: 

Conduct regular safety checks to identify and promptly address any safety concerns.

Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while assisting guests.

Equipment Support: 

Assist with basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting, such as lane adjustments and ball returns.

Report any equipment issues to the maintenance team for prompt resolution.

Inventory Management: 

Monitor inventory levels of guest service supplies and inform the supervisor when reordering is necessary.

Efficiently utilize supplies to minimize waste.

Documentation and Reporting: 

Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and service requests.

Provide regular reports to management regarding guest feedback and service quality.

Qualifications and Skills: 

High school diploma or equivalent; customer service experience is a plus.

Previous experience in a guest service role, particularly in a bowling or entertainment setting, is preferred.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently.

Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Commitment to upholding safety standards and following established protocols.

Flexibility to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
