Harrodsburg Tire & Automotive is a leading auto repair shop in the area and the oldest tire store in Harrodsburg. We are looking for a Counter Salesperson who will be an integral part of our team!

This position involves:

• having a working knowledge of tire sizing and brands
• being mechanically inclined and in tune with new car technology
• interaction with customers at the service counter and on the phone having a positive and friendly attitude
• writing up customer concerns on a work order using shop software
• having the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment effectively managing open service orders
• ordering parts and management of vendor invoices including returns and warranty credits
• maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction with the ability to handle customer complaints
• being able to lift 100 lbs.

REQUIRED Experience and Skills:

• Retail Tire Sales Experience
• Automotive Repair Knowledge
• Computer Proficiency
• Proficient Math Skills and Sound Judgment
• Excellent People Skills for Customer Service
• Valid Driver's License at All Times
