Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Counter Sales Representative. As a Counter Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting customers with their purchases. Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products for their needs
- Process customer orders and ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Provide product recommendations and answer any questions or concerns
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels and restocking as needed
- Assist with merchandising and organizing products on the sales floor
- Utilize retail math skills to calculate prices, discounts, and totals
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for basic data entry tasks
- Knowledge of inventory control principles is beneficial
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance is desirable, but not required
