We are seeking a Cycle Counter for the Materials Department at our North Baltimore, Ohio Plant.

Essential Job Functions:

• Perform daily cycle counts.
• Investigate discrepancies between physical count and MRP II system and determine root cause for errors.
• Communicate cycle count error findings weekly to supervisors and management.
• Provide input into improving transaction accuracy within MRP II system.
• Assist with all physical counts (year-end or as scheduled).
• Audit production entries.
• Ensure warehouse organization and housekeeping is maintained.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to read and write English sufficiently enough to fully understand safety policies, work instructions, chemical warning labels, etc.
• Must have strong mathematical and PC skills (Work, Excel, PP, etc.).
• Must understand MRP II transactions and how they coincide with physical plant activities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and organizations skills are a must.
• Must be able to become Forklift Certified.
• Must be able to work independently to accomplish daily activities.
