Accounts Receivable Clerk

We are looking for an enthusiastic Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our growing team here at Domestic Uniform Rental, where we have been providing the industry’s best service to our customers for over 90 years!

Responsibilities:

• Handle and post payments to customer account balances.
• Answer inbound phone calls and address inquiries in a professional manner.
• Review payment histories with customers to help resolve account discrepancies.
• Prepare and distribute managerial reports and assist General Manager with miscellaneous projects.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous administrative office or customer service experience preferred
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and complete assignments in a timely manner
