About the position: A Rental Team Member helps provide a variety of services to our guests including making keys, writing/maintaining rental contracts, window screen repair, and prepping/loading/unloading rented equipment. This position requires a dedicated person who has an eye for detail, a basic understanding of equipment, computer skills, and above all a desire to serve others.
Essential Responsibilities:
Write up, maintain, and finalize rental contracts via computer software.
Load and unload rented equipment for guests.
Stage, clean, and maintain equipment for upcoming rentals.
Ensure staging areas for equipment are clean and organized.
Make keys, aids in screen repair, and helps with other various services offered by the rental and service departments.
Maintain general knowledge and understanding of equipment and its operation.
Essential Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age in order to drive a forklift.
Can lift 70 pounds continuously.
Able and willing to climb an 8 foot high ladder.
Can work in a quick paced environment while adapting to changes quickly.
Availability to work 2-3 days a week with one day being Saturday
Must have a clean driving record.
Able to take on tasks by themselves with little to no supervision.
