Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting with sales inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Paper application must be picked up and turned in to be considered
• Pay is hourly commission
• Qualify customers for car rental by following company procedures
• Applicant must be customer service oriented
• Must be able to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Sales experience a plus but not required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a valid drivers license

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluency in multiple languages, including Spanish, is an advantage
