Position Title: Meat Counter Team Member

Objective: Provide exceptional service at the meat counter by assisting customers with product selection, preparation advice, and accurate order fulfillment.

Reports To: Meat Department Team Leader

What You Will Bring:

• Customer Service Excellence: Proactively engage with customers, providing information and advice on meat products, including cuts, cooking techniques, and safety.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of all meat products offered, including sourcing, handling, and preparation.
• Efficiency and Accuracy: Ensure all orders are fulfilled correctly and efficiently, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Cleanliness and Compliance: Adhere to sanitation laws and organizational standards in handling and preparing meat products.

What You Will Do:

• Assist Customers: Help customers at the meat counter by providing knowledgeable answers to queries, offering cooking tips, and suggesting meal solutions.
• Maintain Displays: Keep the meat display cases organized, attractive, and properly stocked.
• Follow Health Guidelines: Ensure all safety and sanitation guidelines are followed, keeping the meat counter clean and hygienic.
• Inventory Management: Participate in inventory checks and restock supplies as needed.
