The Delivery Associate assists AAA Party Rental in the accomplishment of its mission by being responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate delivery, unloading, assembly, setup, teardown, loading, and removal of the Company’s rental inventory at/from Customer sites.

Responsibilities:

• Check loaded rental inventory against Item Prep Sheet for accuracy prior to departing from warehouse; consult with appropriate Warehouse Coordinator to correct discrepancies; and complete necessary paperwork
• Check loaded rental inventory to ensure it is properly loaded and secured according to industry standards
• Ensure all non-rental equipment supplies are loaded according to the requirements of each job
• Assist Delivery Driver in communicating arrivals, departures, progress, and issues with Logistics Coordinator and Customer
• Unload rental inventory from delivery vehicles at Customer site
• Set up rental inventory at Customer site
• Assemble and install rental tents, dance floors, platforms, staging, and bleachers at Customer site
• Assist Delivery Driver in inspecting rental inventory after installation on Customer site for damage/defects
• Repair minor damage/defects of rental inventory on Customer site
• Understand the function of all rental inventory in order to instruct and assist Customer on-site
• Assist Delivery Driver in inspecting rental inventory for damage on Customer site prior to disassemble/tear down
• Disassemble and tear down rental inventory at Customer site
• Separate damaged/defective rental inventory, tag, and notify Delivery Driver prior to departure from Customer site
• Load rental inventory into delivery vehicles at Customer site
• Protect rental inventory from damage using best demonstrated practices and according to Company processes, policies, and procedures
• Participate in annual inventory and on-going cycle counts according to Company processes, policies, and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
