We provide rental cars to the community for personal use and for insurance replacement vehicles.

VIP Auto Rentals is seeking a Rental Agent for our office. Duties include, but are not limited to, greeting customers, setting up reservations, quoting rates, using rental software to set up car rentals for individuals. Agent must have good phone skills, grammar and critical thinking skills, positive work history, experience in dealing with the public in a professional manner and must have a current driver's license and auto insurance, as well as be able to pass a drug screen and background check. Rental agents must be able to work in a team environment, but also be self-motivated and able to make decisions on the company's behalf that reflect agreed upon policy and procedures. Rental agents will be required to speak with insurance companies on a regular basis to set up and complete rental agreements. Tasks like washing cars, as well as maintaining a clean and professional workspace/office/ parking lot will also be required. Some lifting, stooping, and bending will be required. Personal transportation is also required. Schedule is mainly Monday - Friday. Pay is $14-17 per hour, depending on experience. Opportunities for advancement are available after probationary period.

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
