Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in residential and commercial spaces. Your role will involve performing various cleaning tasks, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a sanitary environment.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas as needed
- Make beds and change linens
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs
- Address any customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner
- Adhere to housekeeping management instructions and guidelines
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and efficiently

Requirements:
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of carpet cleaning, floor care, and laundry procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect privacy of clients' homes or businesses
- Must be able to pass a background check
