- Handle cash transactions and maintain financial records
- Provide administrative support to judges, attorneys, and other court staff
- Schedule hearings, meetings, and appointments
- Manage court calendars and ensure timely case management
- Assist with courtroom proceedings as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred)
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is desirable
- Familiarity with legal terminology and court procedures is a plus
- Proficiency in word processing software (e.g., Microsoft Word) and data entry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and records
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Cash handling experience is preferred but not required
