Being a Court Clerk obtains requested files and assembles required materials for court proceedings. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Additionally, Court Clerk typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Court Clerk possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. About the Position: This position manages and directs the treatment court program and provides supervision to program staff to ensure the successful day-to-day operations of the program. This person will act as a liaison between all parties associated with the multidisciplinary treatment court team, to include court personnel, treatment providers, ODMHSAS, probation and parole and/or OKDHS Child Welfare, in addition to the surrounding community. The Treatment Court Coordinator will coordinate with their treatment court team to develop and implement policies and procedures; participant handbooks, collect program data, and assist with program evaluation.
Job Type/Salary:
Minimum Qualifications and Experience: Master’s degree and three years of professional experience in social work, child support, adult protective services, child welfare, early childhood development and education, guidance and counseling, nursing, intellectual disability, probation and parole, public administration, community-based prevention and diversionary youth services programs, juvenile justice, rehabilitation counseling, vocational evaluation or vocational rehabilitation; or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of additional qualifying experience for each year of the required education.
