Job Summary

We are looking for a visionary Creative Director who will be responsible for leading our creative team in conceptualizing and executing innovative and engaging design solutions. The Creative Director will oversee all aspects of creative development, from brainstorming and ideation to final execution, ensuring alignment with our brand vision and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence across various mediums and a passion for pushing creative boundaries.

Duties and responsibilities

Some of their typical duties and responsibilities may include:

• Lead and inspire a team of designers, copywriters, and other creatives to deliver high-quality, innovative, and impactful work.
• Develop and maintain the brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and channels.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to translate business objectives into creative concepts and strategies.
• Oversee the entire creative process, from concept development to final execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into our creative work to maintain a competitive edge.
• Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to team members to foster their growth and development.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers, as needed, to support creative projects.
• Act as a brand ambassador, advocating for creative excellence and maintaining brand integrity in all creative outputs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience (5 years) working as a Creative Director or in a similar leadership role within a creative agency or in-house creative team.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects across various mediums, including print, digital and video.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with web design and video editing tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation and creativity.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices, with commitment to continuous learning and development.
