Job Title: Creative Design Specialist

Location: Greater Minneapolis Area – Hybrid / Remote

Job Type: Full-time

Job Description: Reporting to the Director of Marketing the Creative Design Specialist role will function as a driving force for creative design and brand execution for the Mann Lake and Stromberg’s brands. This role will help propel the growth of the brands by bringing to life the consumer experience in a diversity of mediums and creative touch points.

In addition to possessing the necessary technical design experience, the ideal candidate will have the ability to think artistically while managing details and timelines of both collaborative projects and individual work. The right individual for this role will be comfortable in a dynamic environment and embraces taking personal initiative to identify challenges and provide solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Experience (Years/Type): At least 2-5 years in recent design role(s)
  • Experience or knowledge of beekeeping or poultry is a plus

Skills:

• Thorough knowledge of the Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat)
• Communication skills to keep stakeholders, vendors and Marketing team apprised of project updates
• Critical thinking skills to provide value and contributions to the team
• Ability to collaborate and work independently on deadline-oriented projects
