Job Description
As a Creative Director, you will lead our creative team in developing innovative and engaging marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire creative process, from concept development to execution, ensuring that our brand message is effectively communicated to our target audience. This role requires a visionary leader with exceptional design skills and a deep understanding of marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a creative role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects across various mediums.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a creative team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Experience working in the home furnishings or related industry is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creative development of marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and message clarity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate marketing objectives into creative strategies.
- Manage and mentor the creative team, providing guidance and feedback on projects.
- Oversee the production of visual assets for print, digital, and social media platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in design and marketing.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for creative innovation.
- Present creative concepts and designs to stakeholders, articulating the rationale behind decisions.
