FBR Management is a hospitality group which owns and operates fourteen bars in the Austin area: Dive Bar, DuMonts Down Low, The Fieldhouse, Gibson Street Bar, Lala's Little Nugget, Mean Eyed Cat, Midnight Cowboy, Sign Bar, Star Bar, The Wheel and three locations of Lavaca Street Bar. We have four additional locations under construction that are slated for openings throughout 2024.
We are looking to add a Creative Director to our leadership team. This position will work closely with executive management, the marketing team, the Facilities and Maintenance Department as well as the Business Operations team to develop, design and implement creative strategies for all locations from start to finish. This position will maintain a non-traditional work schedule as project implementation dictates schedule.
