Do you have proven experience in building brands from the ground up to go for growth?  As BBNA’s Creative Director you’ll be overseeing a world-class portfolio of brands, creating a team and agency network to deliver compelling brand expression in support of our corporate strategies, having a profound impact across 2D, 3D, digital and experiential design.From defining our brand strategies, through to leading brand systems design, and partnering to transform our digital experiences, this is a highly creative and strategic role sitting at the intersection of strategy, design and execution within the marketing leadership team.ResponsibilitiesLeads creative vision and strategic creative design direction for BlueScope Buildings and the brands within its portfolio, Butler Manufacturing, Varco Pruden, BlueScope Construction and BlueScope Properties Group.Partners with brand and marketing leaders to ensure alignment of brand creative and content development, to support brand vision, corporate priorities, marketing, sales and channel targets.Leads creative direction for all brands, all digital properties, content development, campaign assets, sales tools, and core-branded and co-op touchpoints, inc. channel marketing programs.Leads efforts to generate impactful ideas, ensuring consistent and relevant brand expressions through all lines of business, channels, platforms and creative disciplines.Leads the development of a creative studio, building bench strength and associated processes, systems and infrastructure to manage workflow, reporting and business impact.Creative Strategy Develops and implements long and short-term creative strategies for building and forwarding the BBNA brand portfolio, to deliver against defined strategic priorities and strengthen brand value and sales.Applies customer and business insights to build innovative creative strategies that enable the brand to show up with relevance and meaning across all lines of business, experiences, and platforms.Partners with BBNA executive leadership to develop creative strategies that support and drive sales for our business segments.Partners with BBNA marketing leaders in the co-creation and development of the annual brand / segment marketing calendar to drive storytelling themes, creative content, launch and campaign assets and tools.Creative LeadershipProvides creative brand vision and stewardship for all BBNA brands.
