Are you looking to take your Caregiving and Supervisory skills to the next level? This supervisory position acts as a liaison internally between our Caregivers, Leads, and RN's, externally you are the primary contact for family members, guardians, vocational agencies, physicians, and other support staff. As a director some duties include complete schedules, approve timecards, review and ensure care plans are being followed, assist with physician appointments and required follow up appointments, meet with the care team and provide regular contact with the support team.

Job Requirements:

• Valid driver's license, insurance, and access to a vehicle
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Pre-employment drug screen and caregiver background check
• A minimum of two years experience working in a health care related field with direct contact with a DHS 83.02 (16) client base (preferred)
• One year supervisory experience (preferred in a health care or related field)

• 8 hour shift
