Lead Pastor, David Emmert has led Celebration Baptist Church through quite a transformation over the past 16 years. David brought on a pastoral team of motivated and dedicated pastors who have worked together to bring spiritual health to the congregation, significant improvement to the facility and numerical growth to the congregation. Four of the pastoral team members have reached their 10 year anniversary. Our goal is to connect people to God and others.

Today, Celebration serves a weekly congregation of 1000 people on campus over three contemporary and one Spanish service. Celebration produces a weekly TV program that reaches 17,000 viewers.

Celebration is well known in the community as a provider of great childcare through Sunday ministry and weekly preschool and after-school programs. Our Christmas Eve and Easter services draw large crowds every year.

Position Description *

The Production Director will bring hands-on leadership and creative vision to the entire Production Team at Celebration Baptist Church. Strong leadership, an eye for excellence, passion for detail and a heart to recruit and develop others is essential to this role. The Production Director reports to the Worship Pastor to organize and implement weekend services and special events with high-level creativity and excellence.

Maintaining and configuring technical systems is a major responsibility for this position. Understanding digital communications for lighting, video and audio is a must. We use Planning Center, Propresenter 7, Multitracks Playback, Dante, Yamaha digital audio desks, and Premier Pro. Check out the video below to get an idea of our services. Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
