Creative Manager is responsible for managing all phases of creative development work from concept to completion. Oversees the creation of art, photo, copy, and layout for creative projects. Being a Creative Manager implements policies and standards that reinforce the organization's branding strategy and quality goals. Manages and develops a team of designers, copywriters, project managers and vendors. Additionally, Creative Manager leads the development of creative briefs and utilizes design methodologies that meet the business objectives and timelines of the organization and stakeholders. Evaluates and adopts the most effective tools and techniques across all media. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Creative Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Chickadee Coffee, in a lovely neighborhood near downtown Anchorage, is looking for a creative baker who can possibly fill in as a barista when needed. We are a cozy and contemporary coffee shop with a growing and dedicated customer base and we are looking for someone to create unique and high quality baked (and not baked) treats to accompany our delicious coffee drinks and tea.
The working space is small so this position also requires creativity, cleanliness, and organization. We and our customers are looking forward to offering "made in-house" goodies that will bring people back again and again. Pay is DOE.
