Creative Manager is responsible for managing all phases of creative development work from concept to completion. Oversees the creation of art, photo, copy, and layout for creative projects. Being a Creative Manager implements policies and standards that reinforce the organization's branding strategy and quality goals. Manages and develops a team of designers, copywriters, project managers and vendors. Additionally, Creative Manager leads the development of creative briefs and utilizes design methodologies that meet the business objectives and timelines of the organization and stakeholders. Evaluates and adopts the most effective tools and techniques across all media. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Creative Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Creative Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Essential Functions/Responsibilities

● Dusting furniture and vacuuming floors.

● Perform aspects of hotel or conference room cleaning.

● Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
● Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
● For those working in a lead or inspector role, additional duties include:
○ Provide leadership and instruction; Keep management apprised of overall operations.
○ Inspect work for conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness.
○ Record inspection results and notifies cleaning personnel of inadequacies.
○ Refer and provide information to higher level manager/supervisor regarding issues or concerns; and perform other duties as assigned.
Physical Demands/Work Environment
The Support Services position involves working in a hotel/conference center environment. Must be able to perform physical work of operating laundry and floor cleaning equipment. Must be able to lift 25lb.
Education – Skills - Expectations
● High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred but not required
● Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning position preferred but not required
● Ability to perform the physical duties required of the job
