Creative Manager is responsible for managing all phases of creative development work from concept to completion. Oversees the creation of art, photo, copy, and layout for creative projects. Being a Creative Manager implements policies and standards that reinforce the organization's branding strategy and quality goals. Manages and develops a team of designers, copywriters, project managers and vendors. Housekeepers work in multiple areas of the hotel. The main duty of this position is cleaning of the hotel in a timely and organized manner according to hotel standards and procedures. This person will also help with the cleanliness of the common areas.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities
● Cleaning hotel linens and towels.
● Dusting furniture and vacuuming floors.
● Stock housekeeping closets and guest rooms.
● Cross-train as a room attendant.
● Perform aspects of hotel or conference room cleaning.
● Support team to reach common goals.
● Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
● Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
● For those working in a lead or inspector role, additional duties include:
○ Provide leadership and instruction; Keep management apprised of overall operations.
○ Inspect work for conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness.
○ Record inspection results and notifies cleaning personnel of inadequacies.
○ Refer and provide information to higher level manager/supervisor regarding issues or concerns; and perform other duties as assigned.
Physical Demands/Work Environment
The Support Services position involves working in a hotel/conference center environment. Must be able to perform physical work of operating laundry and floor cleaning equipment. Must be able to lift 25lb.
