Creative Manager - Partnership Solutions
WQED Multimedia is seeking a Creative Manager for its Partnership Solutions team to support both new and existing multi platform partnerships with local and national corporations, community arts & culture organizations, colleges & universities, nonprofits and other entities seeking to celebrate, champion and positively influence communities across southwestern Pennsylvania, eastern Ohio and northern West Virginia.
This position supports a full suite of integrated B2B marketing efforts: from fielding of inbound RFPs and grant applications to preparing outbound proposals supporting new products and services. This role should encourage and elevate innovation within WQED.
You will be our proposal architect and champion: bringing to life quarterly, monthly and thematic opportunities available for investment by various community partners. You should have a strong passion for creative excellence, a sharp eye, and the demonstrated ability to package creative offerings so they are clear, concise, exciting and competitive in the marketplace. You will be responsible for extending and evolving WQED’s brand identity through our B2B partnerships, pre- and post-investment.
Reporting to the Head of Partnership Solutions and closely collaborating with the Head of Marketing & Membership (both new roles at WQED), you will develop and manage creative assets that support the entire Partnership Solutions team including Senior Account Executives, Account Executives and Foundation Manager. You will work with the Marketing team to include accurate metrics to tell the story of success in case studies, proposals, and other B2B materials for the marketplace.
This is a hybrid role that’s expected to commute to and contribute from WQED’s offices in the Oakland neighborhood of Pittsburgh at least three days per week.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
The annual compensation band for this full-time position is $60,539 to $75,673 base salary, commensurate with experience. This position is also eligible for performance bonuses as a reward, based on overachievement against goal and/or key milestones. Employer-sponsored benefits include health insurance via UPMC’s Business Advantage plan ($500 deductible, with premiums on a wage-based sliding scale). WQED pays 100% of the premiums for: Delta Dental PPO, long-term disability insurance from The Hartford, and basic life insurance at 1.5X salary. We offer optional vision insurance through Vision Benefits of America. After 12 months, WQED also contributes 5% of employees’ salary to a 403(b) retirement plan managed by TIAA-CREF.
