Creative Manager is responsible for managing all phases of creative development work from concept to completion. Oversees the creation of art, photo, copy, and layout for creative projects. Being a Creative Manager implements policies and standards that reinforce the organization's branding strategy and quality goals. Manages and develops a team of designers, copywriters, project managers and vendors. Additionally, Creative Manager leads the development of creative briefs and utilizes design methodologies that meet the business objectives and timelines of the organization and stakeholders. As a part of the Creative Composites Group Marketing team, the Marketing Coordinator provides B2B content marketing services. This role will be responsible for ensuring all content goes to market on-brand. This candidate will need to be comfortable serving as a strategic Marketing generalist on a variety of digital marketing platforms and tools with emphasis on internal marketing automation using content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools. Proficiency with HubSpot and SalesForce platforms is preferred for this role. This role will be focused on creating marketing automation content to create leads for our primary products and industries by continuing to elevate digital customer experiences.
Some travel may be required, including but not limited to sales and marketing events, tradeshows and continued training.
The individual will be responsible for these primary functions:

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising/Graphic Design, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of digital marketing and B2B marketing experience successfully executing a marketing plan.

This position is Hybrid/Remote but will need to be located within commuting distance of one of our facilities in Houston, TX; Oklahoma City, OK; Dayton, OH; or Alum Bank, PA.
Pay will be commensurate with qualifications, and salary will be complemented with bonus compensation eligibility as well.
