Creative Manager is responsible for managing all phases of creative development work from concept to completion. Oversees the creation of art, photo, copy, and layout for creative projects. Being a Creative Manager implements policies and standards that reinforce the organization's branding strategy and quality goals. Manages and develops a team of designers, copywriters, project managers and vendors. Additionally, Creative Manager leads the development of creative briefs and utilizes design methodologies that meet the business objectives and timelines of the organization and stakeholders. Evaluates and adopts the most effective tools and techniques across all media. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Creative Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Marketing Coordinator

  • As a part of the Creative Composites Group Marketing team, the Marketing Coordinator provides B2B content marketing services. This role will be responsible for ensuring all content goes to market on-brand. This candidate will need to be comfortable serving as a strategic Marketing generalist on a variety of digital marketing platforms and tools with emphasis on internal marketing automation using content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools. Proficiency with HubSpot and SalesForce platforms is preferred for this role. This role will be focused on creating marketing automation content to create leads for our primary products and industries by continuing to elevate digital customer experiences.

    Some travel may be required, including but not limited to sales and marketing events, tradeshows and continued training.

    The individual will be responsible for these primary functions:

    • Working directly with the Group’s Marketing team to establish and implement creative best practices and strategy and create rigorous analytical processes
    • Liaising with the Group’s Marketing team and the segment sales leads to develop product promotions and in-bound campaigns and follow through to final content development and meeting deadlines
    • Ensuring final content is technically accurate, engaging, visually appealing and on-brand
    • Working with outside marketing agencies on marketing projects from concept to publication and delivery
    • Coordinating external vendors to ensure campaigns, design and writing voice are on strategy and on-brand
    • Designing and writing content including but not limited to: trade show graphics, eBlasts & external newsletters, web, digital ads, technical brochures, video and social media
    • Executing and coordinate monthly customer satisfaction surveys

    Basic Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

    A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising/Graphic Design, or related field.

    Minimum of 2 years of digital marketing and B2B marketing experience successfully executing a marketing plan.

    Preferably, the candidate will also possess the following skills/experience:

    • Able to push creative boundaries and offer original ideas while remaining true to the corporate brand guidelines set by Hill & Smith, CCG, Enduro and Tower Tech
    • Comfortable multi-tasking, and working alone, on teams or with customers
    • Assist in the planning, developing and implementing of fully integrated digital marketing strategies for awareness campaigns, product launches and digital assets for the several products and brands with innovative technologies
    • Proven use of marketing funnels using HubSpot and SalesForce or equivalent
    • Use of SEO and search engine marketing using tools like Google Analytics, Adwords and SEMRush
    • Proven writing and graphic design experience with proficiency in software technologies such as Adobe CS and MS Office programs
    • Event management experience handling tradeshow coordination and logistics
    • Confident working with sales and corporate stakeholders at all levels
    • Experience in researching via the web, phone networking or other resources
    • Able to balance design workload, meetings and deadlines comfortably
    • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting project deadlines
    • High level of attention to detail and able to produce error-free work
    • Able to take ownership of document governance and work under minimal supervision
    • Strong communication skills including: listening, verbal, written and meeting coordination
    • Financial acumen: ability to manage invoices and budgeting
    • Degree in Marketing, Design, Journalism or related field
    • Online portfolio required
    • Ablility to work flexibly across remote locations, sales & marketing teams and agencies across time zones

    This position is Hybrid/Remote but will need to be located within commuting distance of one of our facilities in Houston, TX; Oklahoma City, OK; Dayton, OH; or Alum Bank, PA.

    Pay will be commensurate with qualifications, and salary will be complemented with bonus compensation eligibility as well.
