Things You Would do…
· Lead and manage a team of Graphic Designers, providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback on creative projects.
· Maintain and evolve the brand identity across all design materials, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and sales, to understand project requirements and objectives.
· Provide creative direction to the design team, offering guidance on concept development, visual execution, and design strategy.
· Manage creative resources, including design tools, software, and external vendors, to support the team's workflow and project needs.
· Oversee the full lifecycle of design projects, from conception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
· Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design, and incorporate relevant insights into the team's work.
Qualifications
· Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing design expertise and leadership abilities.
· Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
· Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a team of designers, with the ability to inspire creativity and foster a collaborative work environment.
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience working in a creative agency or in-house creative team.
· Familiarity with design project management tools and software.
· Experience in video editing and animation contributing to engaging multimedia content.
· Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
· Familiarity with e-mail marketing platforms such as Klaviyo.
