Creative Manager is responsible for managing all phases of creative development work from concept to completion. Oversees the creation of art, photo, copy, and layout for creative projects. Being a Creative Manager implements policies and standards that reinforce the organization's branding strategy and quality goals. Manages and develops a team of designers, copywriters, project managers and vendors. Additionally, Creative Manager leads the development of creative briefs and utilizes design methodologies that meet the business objectives and timelines of the organization and stakeholders. Evaluates and adopts the most effective tools and techniques across all media. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Creative Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Working Conditions
The position is full-time, with primary hours falling during regular business hours with occasional night and weekend hours required. The position works in an office environment that is set in a home-like environment, and limited remote work may be available for this position. Some light housekeeping and light lifting may be required. Ability to access all areas of the House and grounds, including going up and down stairs. Exciting local and regional travel opportunities may be necessary.
